Eleven schools from across the city came to the City Learning Centres to take part in the annual BBC School report on Thursday.
Schools from the South side of the city visited Longton High CLC where they each wrote and produced a short news bulletin on topical stories of the day.
Schools from the North of the city visited the Haywood CLC where they all collaborated to make a Podcast.
The students all worked hard and spent the morning writing and practising their scripts.
